Allurity, a European cybersecurity leader, consolidates its market position with the acquisition of Lyvoc and SecAlliance

The Allurity Group, with a strong presence in 13 countries and over 580 cybersecurity experts, has announced the acquisition of two leading companies in the sector: the French Lyvoc and the British SecAlliance. This double operation marks a milestone in Allurity’s global expansion and reinforces its leadership in the European market.

Based in Lyon, France, Lyvoc brings to Allurity in-depth knowledge in identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, and regulatory compliance automation. The French company, recognized as a strategic partner of technology giants such as Okta and Wiz, has a highly qualified team and a broad portfolio of international clients.

For its part, SecAlliance, based in London, is a company specializing in strategic and threat cyber intelligence. Its services, such as the ThreatMatch platform, offer clients an advanced view of cyber and physical threats.

With these acquisitions, Allurity consolidates its position as a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions in Europe. The company now has nine leading brands on the continent, expanding its geographic reach and service offering.

From Aiuken, we celebrate this exciting news and welcome Lyvoc and SecAlliance to the Allurity family.
